Within the role of Residential Site Lead you will manage a collaborative Care team to provide a high standard of care to children and young people with a vision impairment. You will foster a positive environment for the delivery of the waking day curriculum and ensure high quality of documentation with the Care team. As their Line Manager you will supervise the support staff to work with students in a proficient and sensitive manner, that will enhance both their academic and social development.

The role of Residential Key Worker is to work collaboratively within the Care team to provide a high standard of care to children and young people with a vision impairment. You will create a positive environment for the delivery of the waking day curriculum and ensure high quality documentation with Care. Working with students in a proficient and sensitive manner that will enhance both their academic and social development is an essential part of this role.
